Initial Consultation – free of charge
Within Tracy area
Basic Pet visit - 30 minutes - $16.00
Basic Pet Visit services include feeding pet(s), fresh water,
individualized attention and play/walk, administering oral
medication/vitamins, brushing/combing, poop pick-up, litter
box cleaning. Daily Diary completed with each visit. Phone call
and/or email updates provided based on client needs. Home
services such as mail and newspaper pick-up, security check,
lights on/off and drape open/close rotation, watering plants,
and trash can placement and retrieval provided free of charge
when using Basic Pet sitting services.
Need longer visits? Longer visits recommended for
households with more than 2 dogs.
Basic Pet visit (as described above) - 45 minutes - $20.00
Basic Pet visit (as described above) - 60 minutes - $24.00

NEW for Tracy customers!! Beginning July 1, 2008 - Need
more than one visit in a day, but don’t need a full 30 minutes
for the second visit? Do your dogs need to be let out early in
the AM and/or brought inside late in the PM?
A Let Out/Tuck In does the trick!** We now provide a new
short stay visit (less than 10 min.) that can be used in
combination with a regular Basic Pet Visit. Schedule at least
one Basic Pet Visit in a day and add a Let Out visit (before
7am) OR a Tuck In visit (after 8pm) for an additional $5.00!
Need a Basic Pet visit PLUS both a Let Out AND Tuck In?
Schedule at least one Basic Pet Visit and add both a Let Out
AND a Tuck In for the same day for just $8.00 – that’s a $2
savings! (Note: Basic Pet Visit services listed above are not
provided for Let Out or Tuck In. Let Out/Tuck In provides for
letting dogs out from their overnight enclosure in the AM or
securing dogs in an enclosure for the night.)
Overnight Stay - $40.00 Pet sitter stays in the client’s home
overnight for min. 8 hours (10p – 6a). Includes same services
as listed under Basic Pet visit. Add'l mid-day Basic Pet visit
recommended for dogs (see prices above).
Outside of Tracy $5.00 per visit minimum surcharge.
Holiday Surcharge - $5.00 per visit (New Year's Day, Easter,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas Day)
Emergency Visit service available for existing clients with
house keys on file.
* discount applies to Basic Pet visit rate only and does not
include other applicable surcharges, fees, or prior visits and/or
services performed.
** Let Out/Tuck In must be used in combination with at least
one Basic Pet Visit in the same day.
