Payment and Cancellation Policies
PAYMENT POLICY
Prompt payment of all fees are due in full upon
completion of services. First-time clients or
clients with a history of late payments will be
required to pay in advance before services are
rendered.  

Payment accepted in either cash or check made
payable to
MT's Welcome Waggin.

A finance charge of 5% will be added to any
unpaid balance after thirty (30) days and for each
additional thirty (30) days.

A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee will be charged
for all returned checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour notice is required for all
cancellations, excluding holidays.  For
holidays, 72 hour notice is requested.

Early returns:  If a client returns home early
with no notice (either phone call or email to
us within 24 hours prior to return), we will
charge a full day of service fees.  If over 24
hours notice is provided, a credit will be
issued for the remaining unused pet sitting
services.
